Is the path of least RESISTANCE also the path of least EFFORT? For me, the path of least RESISTANCE is …
My experience has been that since I have chosen women’s circles as the path of least resistance because it’s in juicy alignment with my vision, I have more juice, more excitement, more energy, and more capacity to invest in the EFFORT to travel down that path. What may seem like the past of least EFFORT could be easy to begin with (because we get to stay in our comfort zone) and becomes harder down the track (because it is out of alignment). So, I invite you to explore your path of least resistance and what is in juicy alignment with your vision 👉 Step 1: Choose a vision/goal/intention that lights you up 👉 Step 2: What is the past of least resistance? What is in juicy alignment with your vision? 👉 Step 3: Step into sacred simplicity. For everything on your plate right now, ask yourself: Is this in juicy alignment with my vision/goal/intention? If the answer is no, then I invite you to shelve it, reduce your commitment to it, or change your emotional/energetic connection to it, so it’s no longer taking up physical, energetic or emotional space on your plate. 👉 Step 4: Notice whether there is an increase in your capacity, your energy and your excitement to put the effort into the areas that allow you to get closer to your vision I would love to know what came up for you, so please comment below or post in my Wild & Wise Circle Community private Facebook group here.
